المهام 

مراقبة تقدم امتحانات القبول بعد التخرج ؛
اتخاذ أو اقتراح التدابير اللازمة لضمان سير التدريب بعد التخرج ؛
ضمان التقدم في الدفاع عن الرسائل الجامعية وأطروحات ما بعد التخرج.
رصد تقدم أنشطة البحث العلمي.
الشروع في إجراءات الشراكة مع القطاعات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية ؛
الشروع في اتخاذ إجراءات لتعزيز وتقوية التعاون الوطني والدولي بين الجامعات ؛
تنفيذ برامج تطوير المعلمين وإعادة تدريبهم ؛
مراقبة سير عمل المجلس العلمي للكلية والمحافظة على أرشيفاته.

ضمان إدارة ومتابعة التسجيلات لطلبة الدراسات العليا.

مراقبة تقدم أنشطة التدريس واتخاذ أو اقتراح أي إجراء لتحسينها على العميد.

الاحتفاظ بالاسم والملف الإحصائي للطلاب ،

جمع ومعالجة ونشر المعلومات التعليمية على ملف تعريف الطلاب.
